Product Overview This is a complete 23,000 mm bread production line covering every step from bulk dough to formed pieces: dividing (4P servo divider), rounding (rotary rounder), resting (intermediate proofer) and forming (one-out-two machine). The four machines are matched in speed and height so dough moves continuously along the line without manual transfer, and the layout can be extended with the optional pre-ferment proofer and 8-in-8-out final proofer.
